Save Rate

Lifetime Retained Revenue

Each customer's retained revenue is split evenly across their post-save transaction dates and credited to the calendar month of each transaction — so a saved customer keeps contributing revenue in every month they stay.

Retained Revenue by Cohort Month

Total retained revenue attributed to the month the save happened (Save Date), regardless of when future transactions land.

Save Rate % YTD

Customers saved (by Save Date) as a share of tickets with a cancel reason, per month. Most recent 1–2 months are partial / still developing as saves get logged.

Saves by Outcome (YTD)

What action closed the save: Save by Education (product unchanged), Medication Switch (Initial Product Name and Product Name After Save reference different medications), or Plan Switch (same medication, different plan length -- or a different Historical Split Payment plan).

Saves by Outcome by Week (2026)

Weekly count of saves by outcome (Save by Education / Medication Switch / Plan Switch), grouped by the Monday of the week containing Save Date — 2026 to date, so you can see when a given outcome type starts gaining or losing traction.

Saves by Medication (YTD)

Initial product bucketed by medication, plan-type distinctions collapsed. Historical Split Payment / Microdosing / Non-RX are non-medication buckets.

Saves by Product Length (YTD)

Initial product bucketed by plan length, medication distinctions collapsed. Historical Split Payment / Microdosing / Non-RX are non-length buckets.

Save Rate Detail

Cancel Request % YTD

Tickets with a cancel reason as a share of total tickets, per month. Most recent 1–2 months are partial.

Retained Revenue Waterfall (Cohort × Calendar Month)

Each row is a save cohort (by Save Date month). Cohort Size is the number of customers saved that month. Each subsequent column is retained revenue collected in that calendar month, split evenly across a customer's qualifying transaction dates. Cohort Total sums a row; Calendar Total sums a column.
Save Rate by Demographic —

Save Rate by Age

Age at time of save/ticket, from account birth date on file (SteadyMD accounts recovered via a fallback join -- see note below).

Save Rate by Gender

Account gender on file, with a fallback to a pre-signup survey response when the primary field is blank.

Save Rate by BMI

BMI from current weight on file + account height, with a fallback to a pre-signup self-reported BMI. Directional, not point-in-time-of-save — see note below.

Save Rate by State (Top 15)

Top 15 states by cancel-reason ticket volume. Every other state, plus a handful of non-US/junk values inherited from source data, is rolled into "Other States".

About this section

Added 2026-07-28. Save Rate % = Saves ÷ Cancel-Reason Tickets within each bucket, same definition as the headline Save Rate chart above, just sliced by demographic. "Unknown" bars/rows are saves or tickets that didn't resolve to a demographic value even after fallback joins — they're shown, not hidden, so the attributable share is honest about its own coverage. The biggest remaining gap is Care Validate: it has a real, fully-populated crosswalk to our account ID, but its intake questionnaire content lives in an external form vendor that hasn't been replicated into this warehouse, so none of its saves/tickets carry age, gender, state, or BMI data yet — volume is small today (9 saves YTD) but this won't self-resolve as it scales. BMI in particular should be read as directional: neither available source captures weight at the moment of the save itself.
